You can upgrade to a higher option with more comprehensive benefits anytime of the year, but only on diagnosis of a dread disease or in the case of a life-changing event, for example pregnancy. The option upgrade will only be allowed within 30 days of diagnosis. You will be required to provide supporting medical evidence.
