Once a year, usually in May, members receive your tax certificate from Fedhealth to help you correctly complete your income tax return. You can also obtain a copy of your tax certificate by logging in to the Fedhealth Family Room, or by calling the Fedhealth Customer Contact Centre on 0860 002 153 and following the prompts.
To get your tax certificate from the Fedhealth Family Room:
- Login to the Fedhealth Family Room.
- Click on the envelope in the menu bar.
Scroll to the bottom of the ‘Notification’ page and click on ‘Tax Certificate’ to download
